Walking in the footsteps of St. Eugene

Pilgrimage May 25th - June 1st, 2010

In the last issue we referred to the planning that was underway for a pilgrimage in the Footsteps of St Eugene in the region of Aix en Provence in France. Below you will find the full details of the trip and if you are interested in taking part then please contact us as soon as possible, as quite a number of the places have already been taken up.

From our base at Notre Dame de Lumieres we will visit the many different sights associated with the life of St. Eugene. These will include: Aix en Provence, Marseille, Apt and a number of other locations. There will also be an opportunity to visit the ancient city of Avignon that was home to the Popes during the Middle Ages.

The cost of the pilgrimage will be £685/€725 and this will include flights, bus transfers to and from Marseille airport and to the different places on the itinerary and seven nights hotel accommodation on a half board basis. To make the trip as accessible as possible we will be using scheduled airline services. This means that flights will be available from London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Dublin.
